GODDESSES of DISORDER

In an instant, everything carefully constructed before is undone.

What remains is a shadow of what once was, a ghostly echo of color and form.

The original idea, expansion, processes and execution may have extended over days and week. Then in what may seem a moment of madness and with an almost indiscriminate step in post processing the detailed and carefully crafted imagery from every step is gone. Destroyed in a blur of vibrant colour. Closer examination shows ghosts of what was before. Glimpses of a structure that had taken so much time and effort to create, seemingly not gone.

In its place is a new creation. No less beautiful, no less complex. Each with a hidden backstory and unseen elements that were needed to get to this point. Each element that has gone before stands as a relevant work in its own right but each step in the expansion creates a complexity that grows and develops until there is just a beautiful confusion.

Each work is named is after a Greek goddess in a way that the colours evoke, to a certain extent the nature of that ancient deity.
