Choosing your portraits should be an enjoyable and considered part of the Pawtraits experience. Rather than asking you to make important decisions from an online gallery, I will arrange a personal viewing and artwork consultation in your own home.

This allows us to look at your portraits together, explore the different ways they could be presented and consider where they might work best within your home.

Viewing Your Portraits

Once I have carefully selected and prepared the strongest images from your photography session, we will arrange a convenient time for me to visit you.

During the viewing, you will see a curated selection of finished portraits that capture your pet’s personality, character and expressions. I will guide you through the images, help you compare your favourites and consider whether one exceptional portrait or a collection of complementary images would work best.

There is no expectation that you should already know what you want. My role is to help you make choices with confidence.

Considering Your Home

A portrait can look very different when it is considered in relation to the room in which it will be displayed.

We can look at possible locations for your artwork, discuss suitable sizes and consider how the portrait will relate to your furnishings, colours and available wall space. Where appropriate, I can take measurements and photographs of the proposed display area to help determine the right proportions.

Whether you are considering a smaller framed portrait, a statement piece or a coordinated collection, the aim is to create artwork that feels as though it belongs in your home.

Choosing the Presentation

We will also explore the available printing, mounting and framing options.

I will help you consider:

• The size and proportions of each portrait

• Contemporary frame styles and finishes

• Mounting and presentation options

• Individual portraits or multi-image collections

• The most suitable arrangement for your chosen space

• Your preferred budget

Every recommendation will be based on the character of the image, the style of your home and how you would like to enjoy the finished artwork.

Preparing Your Personal Quotation

You will not be asked to place an order during the consultation.

Once we have discussed your preferred images, sizes and presentation choices, I will take those details away and prepare a clear, individually itemised quotation.

This gives me time to confirm the exact specifications and production costs. It also gives you the opportunity to consider everything without feeling rushed.

Your quotation will explain what is included, the final price and the anticipated production time. If appropriate, I may provide more than one option—for example, alternative sizes or framing choices—so that you can decide which solution works best for your home and budget.

Approving Your Artwork

No artwork will be ordered until you have reviewed and approved the quotation.

Once you are happy with your selection, I will confirm the final specification and arrange payment before placing the order with my professional printing and framing partners.

Your portraits will then be individually prepared, printed, framed and carefully checked before they are delivered to you.
